Anyone can take part in Body Conditioning classes as they adaptable to many fitness levels and the instructor will be able to demonstrate various high and low impact options to adapt to each person fitness level.



Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique. Body conditioning classes involve a high energy, high impact workout and typically involves a combination of aerobics and toning.

FIIT 30' & 55'

(Maximum of 8 people) 

This classes offer an immediate sensation of tonicity, because they are based on strengthening and stretching muscles and joints.


The exercises of each class focus on particularly critical areas that need more attention, without losing sight of the goal of a correct posture that improves breathing and body alignment.









STRETCHING 30'

(Maximum of 8 people) 

The basic course of the Pilates method is based on a succession of exercises performed on the ground, aimed at developing awareness of one's body, improving coordination and breathing and above all strengthening the body's center of gravity with correct posture. It is suitable for anyone who wants to discover the Pilates method and for those who want to learn the basic techniques. The exercises are adapted from time to time to the specific needs of each participant.
