Anca's prestigeous international gymnast career, started very early in Rhythmic Gymnastics, (6 times national champion, and owner of the Olympic team at the Barcelona Games at 16), left alive in Ancuta Goia the passion for sport and the awareness of the importance of physical activity for children from the first years of life. For this reason Ancuta, through the gymnastic company Ritmica Milano ASD which she founded in 2005, offers in the Anca Pilates location, several gymnastics courses for children and young adolescents which contribute to enhance motor skills and to develop during the growth the physical potential in a harmonious way.
Rhythmic Gymnastics is one of the most fascinating female Olympic disciplines because it combines sport with dance, is practiced both individually and in teams and involves the use of five tools: rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon.
The basic course is the first approach to Rhythmic Gymnastics and aims to develop and improve basic motor skills such as coordination, speed, agility and elegance of the movement, without neglecting muscle strengthening and joint elasticity.
The classes for the smallest are preparatory and basic courses designed for children who are too young to train at the Ritmica Milano gymnastics center.
The lessons are structured in 2 parts:
The course is designed to enrich the motor patrimony of younger children with appropriate stimulation that favours correct and harmonious growth. It also helps teachers and parents to understand which sport is already at an early age to become attached to the sporting discipline, an effective tool for forming character, allowing everyone to regain body fluidity.
The purpose of the course is the learning and possible correction of basic movements: walking, running, jumping, throwing objects and recovering them, climbing on special tools.
Lessons last 45 minutes:
