Our trainers will be delivering you ours in studio classes in the comfort of your own home. Classes run from 30 to for 55 minutes keeping you strong, fit, and healthy. Spaces are limited so you still get the same high standard of teaching from our studio classes, with personal corrections and valuable feedback throughout. All you need is yourself, and a mat! Leave the rest to us, we’ll send you a link and password 10 min before class starts.

If you’re new to Pilates, haven’t exercised in a while, or just want to work on your alignment, posture and mobility, strengthen your core, and improve overall muscular balance, this is a great place to start.

We offer tailored private lessons of Pilates, and complementary disciplines like HIIT, Stretching and NIA.
The lessons last 30 or 50 minutes, the choice depends on the availability of time that everyone has. Each cycle of lessons is preceded by a phone conversation with the instructor to discuss and define the objectives of the training program.
A one-time weekly frequency is sufficient for
maintenance programs. For
improvement, strengthening, and weight loss programs, a higher weekly frequency is required which depends on the time with which you want to achieve the objectives.
We’ve done our best to make booking live class as simple as possible. You’ll find our online live class schedule in the timetable, and you can book single or multiple classes online or via our App, just as you would any other class.
You will need to have live class credits in your account to make a booking – if you don’t already have them you can buy them here. If you have existing Studio class credits and you'd like to exchange these for live class credits, please email info@ancapilates.com
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email confirming your booking. If you have any injuries or conditions that your trainer should know about, please reply to the confirmation email to let us know.
30 mins before your class starts, you’ll receive a second email with a link – you’ll need that to access the class. You’ll also need to ensure that you’ve downloaded the App in advance and that you’re already logged in ahead of the class start time.
If you book less than 30 mins before the class starts, you'll receive both the confirmation and the link emails straight away.
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the class start time.
