We offer tailored private lessons of Pilates, and complementary disciplines like HIIT, Stretching and NIA.
The lessons last 30 or 50 minutes, the choice depends on the availability of time that everyone has. Each cycle of lessons is preceded by a phone conversation with the instructor to discuss and define the objectives of the training program.
A one-time weekly frequency is sufficient for
maintenance programs. For
improvement, strengthening, and weight loss programs, a higher weekly frequency is required which depends on the time with which you want to achieve the objectives.
