Classical Pilates

We are dedicated to teaching Pilates as it was originally developed by Joseph Pilates,using only authentic Pilates equipment and operated by Certified Pilates Instructors who took the rigorous Instructor Training Program takes 600 hours to complete. We use over 500 exercises and spread them over several pieces of equipment, depending the needs of the individual body types.


Our Teachers are all qualified to tailor the session to each individual and are experienced to work hand in hand with doctors and physio therapists.

PRIVATE SESSIONS           Get the attention your body needs!         

One to One

Private sessions are 55 minutes sessions, perfect for people looking for personal attention and are required for beginners and people with injuries or limitations. Through a personalized lesson, you obtain a stronger, leaner, better you. 

We recommend to start with Private sessions to familiarize yourself with the equipment and the method itself. Private Pilates sessions are catered to your individual goals and needs. Your instructor will tailor the workout to fit your strengths and capabilities.

Duo & Trio 

Semi- private Pilates sessions, called "duets" and “trios”,  are 55 minutes sessions focus on overall strength and endurance in your Pilates workout using mat work and apparatus.


These are recommended for people who have similar experience with Pilates, keeping the cost effective.


We do our best to match you based on your desired time and skill level.  Reformer and Tower apparatus are included in all classes as well as Mat exercises.

Tower small group

(max 3 p) 

Tower Trios offers more than a mat class by including Cadillac exercises done either with a Tower unit or a Cadillac.

It combines mat work with the tower units, springs, magic circles and other small apparatus.

The stretch on a Tower is unparalleled!

The Tower exercises assign a great deal of focus to opening the hips, chest, lengthening the spine and emphasis on breathing to deepen each stretch.

With Tower you can access total body work immediately and also safely prepare for more advanced Pilates mat moves.

A Tower class is guaranteed to leave you feeling taller and lighter.

MAT CLASSES

Improve Body, Mind & Spirit

MAT Beginners

If you’re new to Pilates, haven’t exercised in a while, or just want to work on your alignment, posture and mobility, strengthen your core, and improve overall muscular control at a manageable pace, this is a great place to start.

Because we focus on quality of movement rather than just intensity of effort, we make these classes safe, effective and absorbing. Pilates bodyweight is known as one of the safest ways to develop and maintain a strong, toned and lean phisique.

MAT Intermediate

The course integrates the previous one with new exercises. The program requires the ability to perform basic exercises naturally, and then continue with learning more difficult and challenging movements.

MAT Advanced

It is the highest level of the program and can be accessed only if the exercises of the previous courses have already been perfectly learned, to which 21 new movements with a high degree of difficulty are added. It is important to have permanent breathing control and the ability to perform the exercises with rhythm and fluidity. Participation in the course is subject to the approval of the teacher.
