Nia Soft (M2H) Moving to Heal  (30')

(Maximum of 8 people)

The class of Nia soft (M2H) is drawn on the guidelines of the classical Nia lesson, in which the principle "the body's way" teaches us to choose movements based on what gives us pleasure, following the natural design of our body , each with its own timing.

Nia soft (M2H) is for all those who want a lesson from Nia based on slower, less aerobic movements, based on the needs of each student. Through movement and music we find psycho-physical well-being.
